Adele Spraggon
is the Founder and CEO of Shaped Within Ltd. and the creator of the proprietary four-step solution that has entrepreneurs effortlessly step away from self-defeating behaviours and actions that are in the way of them generating clients and sales. Her re-patterning method uses a unique blend of Eastern and Western wisdom and techniques that effectively and dramatically changes people’s patterns.
Tell us about your business
Shaped Within teaches people how to overcome self-sabotage. If you avoid selling and promotion, if you procrastinate, if you make a lot of excuses for not getting things done, if you flit from one thing to another to give the illusion of ‘producing’, odds are you are self-sabotaging. At Shaped Within we turn all of that around in webinars and workshops that deliver a revolutionary 4-step process that rids anyone of their unwanted patterns—rapidly and permanently.
What is your inspiration?
Let me state this clearly: there is NOTHING wrong with you.
My greatest inspiration for bringing Shaped Within to the world is to have you recognize that you are a “pattern maker.”
I’m not talking about patterns of behaviour. Behaviours are the results. I’m talking about patterns that mostly develop before you are 5 years old, when you encountered a situation and fused physical sensations and emotions in that moment and stored them—as a pattern–to be used quickly next time.
When the patterns we are running do not align with the goals we want to achieve—we are self-sabotaging.
self-sabotage is not like other problems! The issue is not more training or education. You don’t need someone to teach you time management, or how to sell, change what you sell, or get 20,000 followers.
None of this works because the problem is not what it appears to be!
The only issue is that your current set of patterns doesn’t allow for a solution – we just don’t have the right pattern that will allow us to make the right choices and take the right actions.
You don’t need another solution.
You need a new pattern.
This is why I bring this work to entrepreneurs. What you offer to the world is needed – Shaped Within wants to free you of anything that is in the way of your success.
