As the Founder, she has spent over 15 years crafting a supportive ecosystem that fosters mentorship, skill development, and genuine connections. Her work has positively impacted over 35,000 women, providing them with the tools and confidence to step into leadership roles. Leigh’s expertise extends to academia, where she shares her insights as an educator at York University and the University of Guelph-Humber. She also hosts the popular ChangeMaker Leader Podcast, which has garnered over 6,000+ downloads.
