Our values
We hold ourselves and our members to a set of core values inspired by the model foundation for self leadership: compassion, curiosity, clarity, creativity, courage, confidence, calm, and connectedness. These values guide how we lead, collaborate, and grow — individually and collectively.
ChangeMaker Collective recognizes and honours the traditional owners of the lands on which we operate, now known as Canada, the United States, and worldwide. From the First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples to the Native American tribes of Turtle Island and Indigenous communities globally, we acknowledge their enduring connection to their territories.
