We welcome members from across the globe but our roots come from where founder Leigh Mitchell lives as a proud Canadian in Toronto, Canada. Events for our collective are mixture of online and in-person in various cities across North America. At present time our in-person events mainly take place in Toronto, Canada.

Leigh Mitchell helps ChangeMaker Leaders, professionals, and organizations change what matters and lead with impact through DEI-driven training, branding, marketing, and PR services.
She’s the creator of the Market Your Mission® framework and host of the ChangeMaker Collective Podcast, where she amplifies bold voices at the intersection of equity, entrepreneurship, and social impact. Recognized by Statistics Canada as a DEI ChangeMaker, Leigh also teaches marketing and business at York University and YEDI.
Her work has been featured in The Globe and Mail, Chatelaine, CTV, and The Wall Street Journal, and she has partnered with major brands including Microsoft, TD, and TELUS. Leigh’s mission is to help ChangeMakers lead with clarity, confidence, and conviction—while building a more inclusive and impactful world.
