How does your business help entrepreneurs and professional women?

What I do now is the culmination of

– the first career desire I can remember – from grade 3 – to be a teacher

– a Bachelor of Science in biology which explains why I am so drawn to the science of productivity

– a corporate career in some of Canada’s largest companies and work internationally which gave me the opportunity to develop efficient work practices in diverse cultures and environments

– almost 10 years as an entrepreneur through which I understand the challenges of wearing too many hats, delegating and setting boundaries

– a product developer which illustrates my focus on solving problems in practical ways

I draw on all this to offer productivity coaching to working women.

What are you passionate about in your business and what steps are you taking to make it profitable?

People tell me I “unblock” things. I call it creating flow. I am simply a facilitator for people to do the work they are meant to do. If I can help someone optimize their environment so they can recharge, or hone their time management to get more done, it is profoundly gratifying to me. My big project is bringing the Pliio brand of organizing tools to market so everyone can spend less time managing their wardrobes and more time enjoying them.

If you take away one tip that gives you time back or gives you a greater sense of control in your day, I’ll be a happy. This isn’t rocket science, but it may just be the thing keeping you from being your best.
