1. Future-Ready Leadership Checklist
Use this self-assessment to reflect on your current approach:

  • Do I lead from calm, curiosity, and confidence?
  • Can I recognize fear-based leadership patterns?

  • Have I built sustainable systems?

  • Am I aware of how trauma or recovery influences my leadership?

  • Am I integrating equity, inclusion, and ethics into decisions?

  • Am I using AI in a values-aligned way?

  • Can I clearly and consistently share my purpose?
Score yourself from 1 (needs work) to 5 (strong). Reflect on areas to strengthen.

2. IFS-Inspired Self-Leadership Map Exercise:

IFS helps us lead from our compassionate core “Self.”

Draw a circle. Map your internal parts, such as:

  • The perfectionist

  • The inner critic

  • The avoider

  • The protector

  • The visionary

Ask: What does each part want? What are they protecting me from? What changes when I listen with curiosity instead of judgment?

3. Burnout-Proofing Framework

Use the 3-E Model:

  • Energy: Track what drains or restores you

  • Edges: Set clear boundaries for work

  • Ecosystem: Build networks that support recovery, rest, and reflection
Tip: Replace urgency culture with sustainability culture.

4. Inclusive Leadership Principles
Support yourself and others through recovery from trauma, burnout, grief, or addiction:

  • Normalize emotional variability

  • Offer flexibility without shame

  • Prioritize safety, autonomy, and consent

  • Reject perfectionism; value progress

  • Recognize setbacks as part of the journey

5. Ethical AI Quick Guide for Leaders
AI is a tool — leadership defines how it’s used:

  • Use AI to support, not replace, human connection
  • Disclose when content is AI-generated

  • Avoid using AI for hiring decisions without ethical oversight

  • Leverage AI to amplify marginalized voices

    Example Prompt:
“Help me write an inclusive welcome message that avoids jargon and honors neurodiversity.”

6. Branded to Lead™ Visibility Toolkit
Lead with authenticity, not performance:

Reflect on:

What three words describe your leadership?

  • What do others feel when they work with you?

  • What’s one story that shaped your leadership?

  • How does your brand show care as well as competence?
Use your answers to shape your tagline, bio, or intro.

7. Speak With Impact Prep Sheet
Structure for a powerful two-minute talk:

Start with a story — one moment that shaped your leadership

  1. Bridge to the insight — what you learned

  2. End with a call — an invitation to act, reflect, or connect
Your voice is a leadership tool. It doesn’t need to be loud — it needs to be clear.
